Surprise!!! Angie + Nick ELOPED!!!
After seventeen years (that’s right, I said seventeen) they decided it was time! Angie and Nick are high school sweethearts. They loved and supported each other through the awkward teen years, college, several moves across the United States, and law school. Their love has stood the test of patience and the test of time. One summer day they were out on their kayaks, enjoying the warmth of the sun. They started to discuss marriage and decided it was time to get married. They chose March 17th which happened to be their seventeenth anniversary.
Their wedding day was a beautiful and intimate affair. Angie and Nick said I do, surrounded by their closest loved ones. They wed at the gorgeous Plummer House in Rochester, Minnesota. The English Tudor mansion has 49 rooms, 10 bathrooms, 9 bedrooms, and 5 fireplaces. The house is over 300′ long and is 5 stories high. It was stunning.
I had so much fun capturing their big day. They were laid back, fun, and in love. Their family and friends were kind and gracious, and even their adorable dog Lucy made an appearance. Lucy stole the show with her puppy kisses and flower crown. I’m a self-proclaimed champagne enthusiast and finally met my match. As they popped some corks and poured some bubbly, they told me about their love of champagne + gummy bears. They even sent me with a bottle to see for myself. Angie + Nick, you were a dream to work with. Congrats on your marriage + good luck on your new adventures!
Enjoy some of my favorite moments, from their special day.
